VOLUNTEER INORMATION
Planning on helping out at our 2024 Thanksgiving distribution?
Here's what you need to know!
WHEN:
The distribution will take place on Monday, November 25 between 12:00 PM - 2:30 PM but, unless you have been asked otherwise, please arrive around 10:00 AM to help set up.
WHERE:
Our Terrace Place Parking Lot (see map)
PARKING:
Please use the Bardo Garage (entrance at 10 Library Place). Follow the procedure here and parking will be free.
WEATHER:
You will likely be working outside. Dress for the weather!

If you did not respond to the survey in our latest newsletter, or have otherwise let us know your plans, email us before Monday. We want all volunteers to have a worthwhile and fun experience - and we can only do that if we know who is helping out.
